The owners of this small hotel know what they're doing -- they were food and travel writers before they opened the Sugar Mill. The reception area, bar, and restaurant are in the ruins of an old sugar mill. Guest houses are scattered up a hill; rooms are simply decorated in soft pastels. A small pool is set into the hillside, and lunches and dinners (in season) are served on a terrace at the tiny beach. The Sugar Mill Restaurant is well known on the island.
